Step into an intimate dining experience like no other at the Hearth x Fervor Chefs' Counter, where guests will have the unique opportunity to engage with Chef de Cuisine Brian Cole and Fervor Executive Chef Paul ‘Yoda' Iskov as they bring Western Australia's most extraordinary ingredients to life.
Expect dishes that engage the senses like smoking plates, broths poured tableside and meringues caramelised over coals featuring native flavors such as youlk, boab tuber, crocodile tongue, and Karkalla. Gain insight into the sourcing of these unique ingredients and the role of local Elders in preserving the region's natural heritage.
With only six seats available, this is a rare opportunity to to witness the chefs' deep connection to their craft. Observe as they thoughtfully prepare each ingredient with care, honouring traditional techniques and the rich heritage of native Western Australian produce.
