NEW YEAR'S EVE TASTE OF HEARTH
This New Year’s Eve let us take you on a culinary journey of Western Australia as you welcome the arrival of 2025 with a six-course menu.
Experience the local Western Australian flavours with Southwest marron, dry aged Wagin duck, coconut ganache and lemon myrtle for $295 per person, including a glass of Ruinart "R de Ruinart" ‘Brut' on arrival.
