HEARTH x BATTLES DINNER - 30 MAY

Join us at Hearth Restaurant for an exclusive dinner in collaboration with Battles Wines, featuring the debut of their exceptional new vintages: the 2023 Frankland Shiraz and 2023 Burnside Chardonnay. This event promises a symphony of flavours through an unforgettable culinary journey.

Be immersed in a meticulously crafted four-course dinner by Chef de Cuisine, Brian Cole awarded Young Chef of the Year at the WA Good Food Guide 2024 Awards. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines from Battles, including their 2023 Frankland River Shiraz, the follow up wine to the 2022 vintage, winner of WA Good Food Guide's 2023 Wine of the Year.

While an exclusive menu has been specially curated for this event, our new Taste of Hearth winter menu, set to launch in June, will also feature inspired wine pairings from Battles, carefully selected to complement the unique flavours of each dish.
